Reforesting the World

One Project at a Time.

TreeTrack Intelligence and Lil̓wat Forestry Ventures Are Redefining Reforestation

TreeTrack Intelligence isn’t just planting trees — it’s re-imagining how forests are restored. The Vancouver-based company has set an ambitious goal: to reforest 100 million trees by 2030. Through a blend of advanced aerial systems and Indigenous-led land management, TreeTrack is pioneering a faster, smarter, and more sustainable approach to ecosystem recovery.

At the core of this transformation is TreeTrack’s proprietary Seedpod technology and AI-driven deployment software, which enable drones to plant trees across wildfire burn zones, degraded land, and post-industrial areas with unmatched precision. The result is large-scale restoration that’s not only cost-effective but also scientifically verified and environmentally accountable.

TreeTrack’s model is built on collaboration. Its partnership with Lil̓wat Forestry Ventures exemplifies the company’s belief that innovation must work hand-in-hand with traditional land knowledge. Together, they’re proving that the future of reforestation depends on uniting technology with cultural and ecological wisdom.

The story, captured in a short film produced by Foresight Canada and Transient Films, showcases how TreeTrack and Lil̓wat are redefining the boundaries of modern reforestation.

This film was developed through The Bioeconomy Communications Awareness Network (BioCAN), an initiative led by Bioindustrial Innovation Canada (BIC) and funded by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). The program spotlights Canadian innovators who are advancing the bioeconomy through real-world impact, storytelling, and sustainable innovation.
